DESSERT Pistachio Cake Denise Limmers World Famous

Ingredientes

• 1 box yellow cake mix

• 1 small package instant pistachio pudding

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

• 1 cup sour cream

• 6 tablespoons of sugar

• 3 teaspoons cinnamon

• 4 eggs

• 4 drop green food coloring

• Confectioners sugar for drizzle

Instrucciones

1. preheat oven to 350°

2. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube cake pan

3. Beat eggs, oil, and food coloring

4. Add cake mix, pudding, and sour cream until well blended.

5. Any small bowl, blend sugar, and cinnamon

6. Transfer half of the cake mixture to the pan

7. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the cake

8. Add the rest of the cake mixture

9. Add the rest of the sugar mixture

10. Bake one hour or until toothpick comes out clean

11. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack

12. Mix confectioners sugar and water and top cake.
