Evening Parmesan Oven-Fried Chicken

Ingredientes

1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp pepper

6 chicken breast halves, skinned

1/4 cup Italian reduced calorie salad dressing

Vegetable spray

Instrucciones

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken bone-side down in a 13x9-inch baking pan coated with baking spray. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until brown.
