Peach, Raspberry and Apple Cobbler

1 large Bramley apple, approx 225g
360g peaches
150g raspberries
115g caster sugar
Juice of 1/2 a lemon/orange
150g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
95g caster sugar
95g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed (I didn’t have time!)
30ml whole milk
Instrucciones
mix the fruits, sugar and lemon/orange juice
mix the topping, plain flour, salt, baking powder, caster sugar. Breadcrumb in the butter, add the milk until it gets to where you want it
dollop over the fruit
bake at 180 fan/ 200 oven for 35-40mins
serve with clotted cream, ice cream, cream, custard ….
I used a 10 x 7 x 2 inch tin
