Overnight French Toast

1/2 Cup butter
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
4 eggs
1/2 Cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 Cup brown sugar
6 pieces french bread cut into cubes
1/2 Cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Instrucciones
Melt butter, brown sugar and maple syrup together in microwave or in pan on the stove
Cook until sugar is dissolved
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 pan
Arrange bread crumbs over the mixture
Whisk eggs, cream, milk, vanilla, and salt together
Pour the egg mixture over bread in pan
Cover the pan and refrigerate overnight (8-10 hours)
Remove the pan from fridge, uncover and place in cold oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
When the over reaches 350, heat for 30-35 minutes, until the bread is golden and the syrup bubbly
