Vegan Pulled Mushroom Pasta

15gm dried porcini mushrooms

100gm oyster mushrooms (I reckon would be good with more though tbh)

180gm pasta of your choice

2 large garlic cloves

1/2 tbsp tamari sauce

1 tbsp white miso paste

50ml oat milk

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Handful fresh parsley (optional, still good without!)
