Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredientes

2lb ground beef

1 tablespoon salt

8 ounces mozzarella cheese

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 350

Mix salt and meat in bowl.

Cube the cheese into 8 cubes

Divide the meat into (8) 4 ounce balls. Make a well in the center of each ball and insert cheese. Cover hole with meat.

Arrange in 9x14 glass baking dish with seams up

Bake for 25 minutes
