Birthday Jello Cake

Ingredientes

1 Angel food cake mix - prepare according to package

1 pkg. each of red, yellow and green jello

30 oz. can fruit cocktail drained

Instrucciones

Make jello with 1/4 cup less water than recipe calls for. Let jello partially set, a little thicker than egg whites. Divide and add fruit to jellos. Cut cake crosswise. Since the cake might be too large to return to the cake pan with the jello, cut the cake into three layers (you need two). Put red jello in bottom of tube pan. Add bottom layer of cake. Add lemon jello, then another cake layer, and finally the green jello on top. Refrigerate till set. Unmold. Serve with whipped cream.
