Porto's Cheese Rolls

Ingredients (8 rolls):

-1 pack of store bought puff pastry dough (2 sheets)

-8 oz cream cheese

-3 tbsp butter

-1/2 cup sugar

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/4 tsp salt

-1 egg

Egg Wash

-1 egg

-1 tbsp water

Seal

-1 tbsp water

Topping

-turbinado sugar

Instrucciones

Mix all filling ingredients into a smooth filling.

Pipe into puff dough and roll up twice, dealing the ends.

Cover in egg wash and top with turbinado sugar.

Bake at 400 for 17 min or golden brown.
