• chicken

• [hatch] green chili enchilada sauce 8oz can

• 2 bags of desired cheese: monetary jack or quesodilla cheese

• corn tortillas

1. prepare chicken as desired: rotisserie, baked, with seasonings etc

2. Layer pan with corn tortillas

3. layer chicken

4. Layer sauce

5. Layer cheese

6. Repeat steps 2-5 until pan is full

7. Cook at 350-400 deg until thoroughly heated and melty; you can broil for a bit to crisp top <3
