1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed đ§
3/4 cup brown sugar đ
1/2 cup granulated sugar đ

1 teaspoon vanilla extract đż
3 cups all-purpose flour đ

1/2 teaspoon baking soda đ„
1/2 teaspoon salt đ§
2 cups chocolate chips đ«
1 cup walnuts, chopped đ„

Preheat the oven to 410°F (210°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the cold butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. đ§đ
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. đ„đż
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. đđ„đ§
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts. đ«đ„
Scoop out 1/2 cup portions of dough and shape them into balls. Place 4 cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. đȘ
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. âČïž
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
