Pork Chops on the Ritz

1 or 1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers (small box)
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
6-8 pork chops salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup butter
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350 de- grees. Crumble crackers in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or large glass.
• Mix eggs and milk in a me- dium bowl. Season pork chops. Dip pork chop in milk and eggs and put in bag with the crackers. Shake until covered.
• Place pork chops in baking pan and place two slices of butter on top of each. Bake until done (approximately 45 minutes). Serves 6
