Ham Balls

Ingrédients

4 lbs ham loaf mix

2 eggs

2 c oatmeal

2 c milk

Sauce

1 can tomato soup

1 c brown sugar

1/2 c vinegar

1 T dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix ham ingredients in large bowl. Form into balls.

  2. Mix sauce ingredients in medium bowl.

  3. Place balls in (2) 9”x13” pans. Cover with sauce.

  4. Bake uncovered @ 350° 45-60 min.

  5. Serve with boiled or roasted potatoes

Notes

Ham Balls (“Sam Balls” in the Tills house) are a regular staple of Mary Hart’s recipe repertoire. Ham loaf is a minced ham mix found at Fareway in Decorah, IA.
