Chang’s Asian Crispy Noodle Salad

¼ - ½ Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
1-2 green shallots, finely sliced
½ packet Chang’s Fried Noodles
100g pine nuts, lightly toasted
**Dressing**
¼ c caster sugar
⅛ c white vinegar
¼ c light olive oil
½ T soy sauce
1 t sesame oil
Instructions
Mix vinegar, caster sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and olive oil.
Add dressing and nuts to combined cabbage, shallots and noodles just prior to serving.
