Ingrédients

  • 28oz chicken breast

  • 2 bags frozen carrots/peas (720g)

  • 3oz mushrooms

  • 1 medium onion

  • 290g blended cottage cheese

  • 180g nonfat greek yogurt

  • 1 cup chicken bone broth

  • 24g cornstarch

  • 1 ½ tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp parsley

  • Generous salt & pepper

  • 1 can 90 calorie reduced fat crescent roll

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 375F

  2. Place all filling ingredients into baking dish and mix thoroughly

  3. Bake for 30-40min until mix has thickened

  4. Place low calorie crescent roll on top and bake at 375F until top is crispy and golden brown
