Melt Away Cookies
Makes 72–80 mini cookies

1/2 lb butter
3/4 cup corn starch
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Beat butter until soft, then add rest of ingredients.
2. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 12 minutes.
Frosting:
1. Beat cream cheese until soft, add sugar and vanilla, add a drop of food coloring if desired (I usually use green for the holidays).
Makes 72–80 mini cookies
