4 cinnamon sticks (cassia or ceylon)
Instructions
In a saucepan over high heat, add the water and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a low simmer.
Simmer for 15 minutes then turn off the heat.
Let it sit for 5 minutes longer, then remove the sticks, pour into mugs and enjoy!
