EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
2 c. seasoned croutons
1 Ib. bulk breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled, drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
6 beaten eggs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Dash of Worcestershire
Instructions
Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Place seasoned croutons in dish, covering bottom.
Mix eggs, milk, cheese, mustard and Worcestershire and pour over the croutons.
Sprinkle with sausage.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, bake, covered, at 375° for 45 minutes.
Lower oven to 325° and bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
Notes
Must be prepared the night before.
