Homemade Fry Bread

2½ cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup dry milk
1½ cups warm water
Oil for frying
Instructions
Heat oil to 375°F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until dough is smooth. Divide dough into 4 balls and roll each ball out on a floured surface into a thin circle. Fry dough in hot oil until golden brown, about 20-30 seconds per side. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. For Navajo tacos, top with hot chili, cheese, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. For Elephant Ears, brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, and/or honey.
