Maurice Salad Dressing Like Hudson's

Ingrédients

Prepare French Dressing as

follows:

2/3 cup vinegar

1 1/3 cup oil

1/8 teaspoon Worchester sauce

1-2 drops Tabasco

3/4 tsp. dry mustard

1 1/2 T. salt

1/6 tsp. pepper

1/2 T. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic

1 1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 chopped hard cooked eggs

2 T. Chopped parsley

1 head of lettuce, sliced thinly

Serve over slivered ham, turkey or chicken, Swiss cheese, and sweet pickles.

Instructions

• Prepare dressing which will yield 1 pint. To 2/3 cups of this French dressing add the mayonnaise, eggs and parsley.

• Place lettuce in bowl and lay slivered ham, Swiss cheese, sweet pickles and turkey or chicken on top. Garnish with tomatoes. Serve and let each individual put the salad dress-
