Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
3 cups flour
1–2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp sour cream
12 oz Guittard (1 bag) Milk Chocolate Chips
6 oz (1/2 bag) Guittard White Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven and baking stone (optional) to 350°F.
1. Mix butter, sugars, salt, and baking soda together.
2. Add egg; mix until combined.
3. Add flour, vanilla, sour cream, and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
4. Scoop and bake for 8–10 minutes. Use baking stone for softer cookies. Frozen balls bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
