Salmon Sliders With Avocado

Ingrédients

4 dinner rolls or small hamburger buns

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 ounces smoked salmon (or smoked turkey)

1 avocado, cut into thin slices

1 cup arugula

Instructions

Slice the rolls in half, and spread lightly with the mayonnaise. Place a few pieces of smoked salmon on the bottom half of each roll. Top with the avocado, arugula, and the remaining half of each roll.
