Italian Meatballs

Ingrédients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb sweet Italian sausage

2 large eggs

3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan

1 Tbsp basil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp Italian seasoning

Olive oil

24 oz marinara sauce

Instructions

1. In large bowl add sausage, beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, and all seasonings. Mix throughly.

2. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray. Roll 1 1/2 inch meatballs.

3. In large pan, using oil, brown meatballs on all sides using medium high heat.

4. Place meatballs in bottom of slow cooker. (it is okay if they’re stacked)

5. Cover with marinara and cook 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low.
