Air Fryer Lemon and Herb Tilapia

Ingrédients

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

4 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces)

Instructions

Start by making the rub, mix the lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.

Then rub the spices onto the fish. (Both sides)

Spray the fish with olive oil spray, and then place it into the air fryer basket or oven. Set the temperature to 400 degrees F for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, flip (spray again) and add another 4 minutes.

Plate, serve, and enjoy!
