Chicken and Artichoke Cacciatore

4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
2 (16 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and brown. Place in baking dish, add artichoke hearts, tomatoes, garlic, herbs, pepper, and mushrooms. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve over pasta or rice.
