Mozzarella Meat Whirl

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 T. mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 t. parsley
3/4 cup water
Instructions
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, mustard, pepper and salt. Lightly pat mixture into a 10" x 14" rectangle pan, on waxed paper. Place cheese slices on meat; sprinkle with parsley. Roll tightly like a jelly roll, lifting paper with 1 hand. Press ends to seal. Carefully transfer to shallow baking dish, seam side down. Combine ketchup, water and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat. Bake at 375° for 70 minutes, basting frequently. Serve sauce separately.
