Plum Dipping Sauce
Makes 3/4 cups

1/2 cup Red Plum Jam
1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoons Dry Sherry
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Instructions
1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat combine jam, green onion, and cornstarch.
2. Stir in sherry, soy sauce, and vinegar.
3. Cook and stir until thick aid bubbly. Stir two minutes more.
Remove from heat and enjoy.
