Turkey Breast Recipe for Slow Cooker

Ingrédients

1 (5 lb) turkey breast

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning or seasoning salt

1/2 onion, cut into large pieces

2 celery stalks, cut into large pieces

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup flour (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

1. Season turkey breast with Cajun seasoning.

2. Place turkey breast, onion, celery, and water in slow cooker.

3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until turkey reaches 165°F.

4. Remove turkey and thicken juices with flour for gravy, if desired.
