50 Farley's Caramels
2 Tablespoons water
5 chilled apples (Jonathan's or
Granny Smiths)
Instructions
• Melt caramels and water in top of a double boiler or mi- crowave. Dip and spoon caramel on apples and cool on a slightly greased wax pa- per. Store in refrigerator.
• Kraft's used to make the best
caramels for candy apples but they were sold to Farley's.
