Lemon Cream Pasta

3/4 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 12 oz can petite diced tomatoes
Instructions
In a large pan, sauté garlic in butter. Add heavy cream, stir, and whisk in Parmesan. Add lemon zest, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper. To serve, pour over pasta, adding tomatoes if desired.
Notes
Can be turned into a rose sauce by adding canned tomatoes.
