Chicken Crescent Almondine

2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dairy sour cream (non-fat)
2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp melted butter
1 can (8 oz) crescent rolls
1 can (8 oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except for crescents and cheese. Pour into crescent rolls. Cover with topping (1/2 cup shredded Swiss or American cheese). Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 350°F for about 30 mins or until browned on top.
