Hot Dogs

6 pack of brioche hot dog buns
6 pack Hebrew National hot dogs
1 white onion
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced jalepenos (optional, for spice)
Ketchup & Mayo
Olive oil
Carne asada seasoning
Instructions
Place hot dog buns on a baking sheet and bake at 400° for 2-3 minutes.
Chop your onion into slices and “score” your hot dogs by cutting X’s into them, making sure not to cut all the way through.
To a large cooking pan, heat your olive oil. Once oil is hot, cook your hot dogs and onion, sprinkle carne asada seasoning over everything. When onions are soft and hot dogs are browned, top everything in the pan with mozzarella cheese and let heat until cheese is just melted.
Drizzle ketchup and mayo to bottom of buns, place your hot dogs inside and add all the onions and cheese from pan on top of dogs!
