Beef Stroganoff

Ingrédients

1 ¼ Lbs Boneless beef sirloin steak

1½ Cups Sour cream

3 Tablespoons All purpose flour

3/4 Cup Water

3 Teaspoons Instant beef bouillon granules

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

4 Tablespoons Butter

2 Cups Freshly sliced mushrooms

3/4 Cup Diced onion

6 Cloves Garlic

8 Oz Bag extra wide egg noodles

Instructions

1. Partially freeze beef. Thinly slice across the grain into bite size strips. In a small mixing bowl stir together sour cream and flour. Stir in water, bouillon granules, and pepper. Set aside.

2. In a large skillet cook and stir half of the meat in hot butter over hi heat for 2 - 3 minutes or desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Add remaining meat, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir till meat reaches desired doneness. Return all meat and vegetables to skillet.

3. Stir flour mixture into skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Serve over hot egg noodles.
