Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingrédients

For Cake:

1 chocolate cake mix (Devil's Food works best)

1 small instant chocolate pudding (just use powder)

1 cup sour cream

3/4 cup oil

3/4 cup water

4 eggs

12 oz mini chocolate chips or regular chips

For Chocolate Frosting:

1 stick of butter

2 to 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

2 cups of powder sugar

Dash of salt

1 tsp vanilla

2 to 3 tablespoons of milk

Instructions

For Cake:

Mix well with hand mixer at medium speed for 3-5 minutes.

Pour into well greased bundt pan.

Bake for approximately 40 to 50 minutes at 350°F until center bounces to the touch.

Be careful not to over bake.

For Chocolate Frosting:

Heat butter in sauce pan until melted.

Turn off heat.

Whisk in Cocoa powder and powder sugar.

Add salt and Vanilla.

Add milk one tablespoon at a time, until it's the correct consistency to pour over warm cake.

Pour over cake while still warm.

Notes

To make a lemon cake, substitute the chocolate cake mix and pudding with lemon.
