Cornell Chicken Marinade

Ingrédients

1 Egg

1 Cup Vegetable Oil

2 Cup Cider Vinegar

3 Tablespoons Salt

1 Tablespoon Poultry Seasoning

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack egg into a medium bowl and whisk until beaten; slowly whisk in oil until fully blended, then whisk in vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, and ground black pepper.

  2. Set some of the sauce aside to use for basting while grilling. Use remaining marinade to coat chicken in shallow baking dish; cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours to overnight.
