Manicotti with Cheese Filling

Ingrédients

1 box (8 oz) manicotti, cooked

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)

2 cups (15 oz) ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce (32 oz bottle)

Instructions

Combine cheeses, parsley, salt, and pepper for filling; spoon into manicotti. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce. Cover with remaining sauce and foil. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, removing foil for last 15 minutes.
