Spicy Chicken Alfredo

30g parmigiano reggiano
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
120ml chicken bone broth
30g butter
High: 2-3 hours
OR
Low: 5-6 hours
5 red bell peppers
10 cloves garlic (wrap in foil or parchment paper to trap moisture, add 1 tsp of oil)
Roast at 450, 30-50 mins
Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce:
800g 2% blended cottage cheese
120g 1/3 fat cream cheese
120g parmigiano reggiano
240ml milk
Roasted red peppers + roasted garlic
Salt, pepper & red chili flakes to taste
672g pasta, cooked to 50%
Instructions
Add ~1 cup pasta water to slow cooker
Garnish: chopped parsley
