Pierogi Sauerkraut Filling

Ingrédients

1 can sauerkraut

1 small onion diced

Salt pepper

1/4 cup butter

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a fry pan until aromatic and all liquid is gone.

Notes

Makes 24 pierogis so double the dough.
