Tomato Butter Pappardelle Recipe

6 tbsp butter, divided
2 cloves garlic
1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup starchy pasta water
Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp butter on medium low. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Turn heat up to medium and cook until the tomatoes have become thick and saucy.
Remove pan from heat. Add honey, remaining butter and starchy pasta water and stir until the butter is melted.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss gently. Serve with parmesan cheese.
