1/2 cup of flour (4 oz)
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 pint of milk (8 to 10 oz)
1/4 tsp salt
1 oz butter
1 Tbsp sugar
Lemon juice and sugar for serving
Instructions
Sift salt and flour together. Make a well in the center, add the egg. Gradually stir in half of the milk, beat well, then add the rest. Let batter stand 1/2 hour. Heat butter in a pan until very hot, pour batter in thin layer, cook, flip and brown other side. Serve with lemon juice and sugar.
