Beef And Broccoli (cassie)

Ingrédients

Marinade

1 Ib flank steak

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 Tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp Oil

1 tsp Ginger & garlic

Sauce

1 cup chicken/beef broth

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 Tbsp brown sugar

White pepper

Optional 2 Tbsp Shaoxing wine

Cornstarch slurry to thicken

Instructions

Cut meat against the grain thin at an angle. Marinate meat for 15 minutes with half of your garlic and ginger. (Save other half for later) Add oil to pan. Put meat in pan/wok and leave alone until crispy around the edges, then stir violently for a minute. Remove meat from pan. Add a bit of oil, rest of the garlic and ginger. to Deglaze pan add wine. Add in broccoli and sauté violently for a minute. Pop a lid on and leave alone until beautiful green color (about 3-4 minutes). Add sauce and Let it come to a boil. Add cornstarch slurry. Once it thickens back up add meat back to pan. Cook for another minute or so.

Serve over rice
