1 1/2 lb flank steak (or chicken), cut into strips across the grain
3/4 cup apple juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 onion, chopped
Instructions
Combine apple juice, sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, and onion in a large bowl.
Add steak (or chicken) strips to the marinade and stir well to coat. Marinate for 4-5 hours.
Grill or stir-fry the strips on medium-high heat until cooked to desired doneness.
