Enoki Beef Rolls With Egg

Ingrédients

5 oz thinly sliced korean beef brisket

enoki mushrooms

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp water

salt to taste

pepper to taste

beef broth 1 cup

2 beaten eggs

20g green onions

Instructions

  1. Wrap your Enoki mushrooms with the beef brisket.

  2. Place it in a pan and pour your soy sauce, water, and beef broth and seasoning with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook it on medium heat and once the meat is cooked through, add two beaten eggs on top and top with sliced green onions.
