Taco Soup

1 lb cooked hamburger or shredded cooked chicken (canned chicken works fine)
1 can of tomatoes (blended up if kids don’t like tomato chunks)
1 can tomato juice or V-8 juice (about 3-4 cups)
1 can frozen corn or 1 can corn
1 package taco seasoning or to taste
1-2 cans pinto or kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
Instructions
Heat all ingredients on stove top or in crock pot. Serve with toppings as desired.
Notes
Top with your favorite toppings - cheese, chopped green onions, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, olives, chips, etc.
