1 cup cashews
Seeds from 3-4 cardamom pods
1 pinch salt
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup water
1-2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
Grind cashews, cardamom seeds, salt to a fine powder.
Heat water and sugar in pot until boiling. Add cashew powder, mix constantly. Remove after thickened, about 5 minutes. Mix in flour.
Pour onto lightly greased foil, let cool.
Once cooled, knead dough until shiny, and then roll into parchment paper to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into diamonds, and cool in fridge.
