Sausage Stroganoff

• 1lb ground sausage
• 8 oz sour cream
• 2 Tbsp flour
• ¾ cup water
• 1 beef boullion, crumbled
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 1 clove garlic minced (optional)

Directions
Brown sausage (about 15 min), drain fat.
Add everything else. Simmer uncovered until you get to the desired thickness (about 20). My family likes it thick, so I cook a little longer and sometimes add more flour.
Serve over boiled potatoes, noodles, or baked potatoes.
Notes
From Michelle: If I cooked the way I like instead of for picky eaters, I would add sautéed mushrooms and onions.
