Lara's Artichoke Dip

(Serves 2-4)

Ingrédients

½ can artichoke hearts (~7 oz.)

½ box frozen chopped spinach

~1/2 c. parmesan cheese

~3/4 c. grated monterey jack cheese

1 - 2 Tbsp. sour cream

2-3 garlic cloves, minced (to taste)

Dash of lemon juice

Sprinkle with seasoned salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients with sufficient sour cream to hold everything together. Bake in pie pan or flat casserole dish at 325 degrees for ~20 min. or until slightly browned. Serve with lightly toasted french bread or chips.
