Crescent Rolls

2 cups very warm water
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups flour
½ cup powdered milk
2 teaspoons salt
½ cup oil
3 to 4 more cups of flour
Instructions
In a bowl, combine water, sugar, and yeast. Let set 10 minutes or until foaming. Add eggs, 3 cups white flour and powdered milk. Beat well. Add salt and oil. Beat well. Add more flour (3 to 4 cups) to make soft/slightly sticky dough. Place in a large greased bowl. Cover loosely. Let rise until double. Punch down and divide into three balls. Roll out each ball into a large circle. Brush with melted butter. Slice into pie triangle shapes and roll up to form a crescent shape. Place on a baking sheet and cover loosely. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
