Teriyaki Salmon

1/4 lb. salmon fillet
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. wasabi
2 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
1/4 C. rice wine or dry sherry
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
Instructions
Cut salmon into 1-inch strips. Arrange the salmon skin side down on a broiling pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Brush the salmon with the sauce. Broil for 2 mins, and brush again. Repeat until salmon is just flaky, about 10 mins total.
