Healthy Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingrédients

Cooked pasta

400g cooked chicken breast (diced, seasoned as you like, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, etc)

100g carrots (shredded)

100g cabbage (shredded)

100g spring onions (sliced)

200g red pepper (diced)

200g cucumber (diced)

100g light mayo

100g light sour cream, yoghurt, creme fraîche (any will do!)

a dash of dijon or yellow mustard would also be nice

Instructions

Mix it all up and portion out, keeps well in the fridge up to 4 days
