Apricot Glazed Sausage Balls

2 lbs ground sausage
2 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Mix sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Mix apricot preserves, Dijon, soy sauce, and Worcestershire in a saucepan, warming until smooth. Pour over sausage balls and serve.
